The Adventures of Long Paws was created with one simple belief: every greyhound deserves a safe, loving home after life on the racetrack.
Through gentle, beautifully illustrated stories, we follow Long Paws – a rescued racing greyhound – as he learns about friendship, family, and the joys of becoming a cherished companion.
But these books do more than entertain. They help children and families understand the joy of bringing a loving greyhound into your lives, shine a light on the growing need for adoption, and raise awareness for the incredible charities working tirelessly to support them.
With each story shared, we take one small step toward a kinder future for every greyhound.
Book 1 - Long Paws Finds a Home
Long Paws is a greyhound with legs made for running and a heart ready for love. After leaving racing behind, he discovers a whole new world - one filled with soft beds, kind people, and the strange but wonderful feeling of being part of a family.
This is the beginning of Long Paws' journey from racer to beloved pet - a heartwarming series of tales that gently introduces children (and parents) to the challenges and joys of greyhound adoption!
